Erio Setaceum is a fine-leaved plant for mid to background placement. Its ease of slow growth is contrasted by its demands for soft water, bright lighting, and clear water. Less than perfect conditions will result in  melting throughout the entire plant. This is certainly a species for experienced aquarists and typically unavailable through retail channels.
